Cancelation & Refund Policy
Effective March 1, 2026
At Pride Adventure Travel LLC, we understand that plans can change. The following policy outlines our cancellation terms, deposit structure, and refund timelines so expectations are clear and consistent for all travelers.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all new bookings made on or after March 1, 2026.
Bookings made prior to March 1, 2026 remain governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy in effect at the time of booking.
Payment Policy
Credit Card Payments
A five percent (5%) transaction fee will be deducted from any refunds issued to a credit card. This reflects non-recoverable payment processing costs and applies in addition to any cancellation or non-refundable fees.
ACH / Checking Transactions
No transaction fees apply to refunds issued via ACH or checking.
Lifetime Travel Deposit
All trips require a non-refundable deposit of $350 at the time of booking.
This deposit is considered a Lifetime Travel Deposit.
If a traveler cancels more than ninety (90) days prior to departure, the $350 deposit will remain non-refundable but will be retained as a credit on the traveler’s account and may be applied toward the deposit of a future Pride Adventure Travel LLC trip.
The Lifetime Travel Deposit:
• Has no expiration date
• Has no cash value
• Is not refundable under any circumstances
• May not be transferred to another individual
• May only be applied toward a future booking with Pride Adventure Travel LLC
The Lifetime Travel Deposit may not be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, or applied toward any purpose other than a future qualifying trip booking.
Cancellation Timeline
More than 90 Days Prior to Departure
• Payments made beyond the $350 deposit are refundable
• The $350 deposit remains as a Lifetime Travel Deposit credit
0–90 Days Prior to Departure
• All payments are non-refundable
• The Lifetime Travel Deposit is forfeited and may not be transferred
Due to contractual commitments with suppliers, no exceptions will be made within ninety (90) days of departure.
Additional Terms
Certain third-party supplier fees, government permits, vendor deposits, special add-ons, or processing fees may be non-refundable and non-transferable.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.
Prior Cancellation & Refund Policy
For Bookings Made Before March 1, 2026
Travelers who booked prior to March 1, 2026 are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy that was in effect at the time of booking.
