Terms of Service

As of 03/01/2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Pride Adventure Travel LLC, operating as Pride Adventures (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), and you (“Client,” “you,” or “traveler”) in connection with your use of our website, services, and participation in any tours, trips, retreats, or travel experiences.

By booking a tour, submitting payment, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Booking and Payment

To reserve a tour, you must provide all required information and submit the applicable deposit as outlined at the time of booking. Deposit amounts and payment schedules may vary by trip and will be communicated prior to confirmation.

Payment plans may be offered at the Company’s discretion. Regardless of payment arrangements, the full balance for all trips must be paid no later than ninety (90) days prior to departure. If booking within ninety (90) days of departure, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Failure to provide requested information or complete required payments may result in additional costs, cancellation of booking, or forfeiture of payments made. The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing due to errors, supplier changes, currency fluctuations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to obtain all necessary documentation and identification required for travel, including valid passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, or other entry requirements.

Passports should generally be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the tour’s end date unless otherwise specified by the destination country. Failure to obtain proper documentation may result in additional costs or inability to participate in the tour, for which the Company is not responsible.

Flexibility and Unused Services

Adventure travel requires flexibility. While we strive to follow planned itineraries, changes may occur due to weather conditions, operational needs, supplier availability, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Services missed or unused after departure for any reason, including voluntary departure or circumstances beyond our control, are non-refundable.

Changes to Itineraries

We reserve the right to modify itineraries when necessary to ensure safety, operational feasibility, or overall trip quality.

If a material change occurs prior to departure, you may choose to accept the revised itinerary, transfer to an alternative offering (if available), or cancel in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Once a tour has commenced, itinerary changes may be made at the discretion of the Company or its suppliers due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations are governed by the Company’s separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The most current version of the Cancellation & Refund Policy is available here:

Refund eligibility, applicable fees, deadlines, and related terms are determined exclusively by that policy.

By booking a tour, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Acceptance of Risk

Adventure travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, travel to remote areas, exposure to varying climates, and potential political or health-related disruptions.

By participating in any tour, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel.

All participants are required to review and execute a separate Participation Agreement and Release of Liability prior to departure. That agreement is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available here:

Failure to execute the required waiver may result in denial of participation without refund.

Third-Party Suppliers

The Company works with third-party suppliers to provide accommodations, transportation, guides, excursions, and other services. These suppliers operate independently and are not agents or employees of the Company.

The Company is not liable for acts, omissions, delays, or failures of third-party suppliers. Such suppliers operate under their own terms and conditions, which may limit their liability.

Accommodations Changes

We reserve the right to substitute accommodations with alternatives of similar or higher standard when necessary due to availability or operational requirements.

Optional Extras

Optional activities or services not included in the published itinerary are undertaken at your discretion and risk. The Company assumes no liability for optional services arranged independently or through third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, governmental actions, supplier failures, political unrest, or force majeure events.

Clients are encouraged to obtain travel insurance to mitigate potential financial risks.

Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions, acts of terrorism, labor disputes, or other events beyond our control.

In such cases, itineraries may be modified, postponed, or canceled as necessary.

Images and Marketing

While participating in tours, photographs or videos may be taken by the Company, its representatives, or other participants. By participating, you grant the Company a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such images for marketing, promotional, or informational purposes without further compensation.
